- Waist: measure the narrowest part of your waist above your belly button
- Hips: measure the circumference of your hips/buttocks at their widest point
If two sizes fit you based on the measurements you have taken, we recommend that you choose the more comfortable/larger option.

All the shorts have the same performance, which you will find described under product features and model functions, but the shorts differ in appearance and fit.
- Is the fabric opaque?
This model is made of opaque, matt fabric. Note: Be sure to choose the correct size, as shorts that are too small may stretch, resulting in loss of opaqueness and opaque texture.
- How long do the shorts last?
Thanks to the special fabric manufacturing technology, the shorts never lose their effectiveness.
Washing and care
This garment should be washed by hand or in a washing machine at a temperature not higher than 30 °C without using fabric softener. Do not tumble dry elastic or iron with a hot iron.
