- Chest: Measure the circumference of the chest at the widest point
- Waist: Measure the narrowest part of the waist above the belly button

If two sizes fit you based on the measurements, we recommend choosing a more comfortable/larger option.

Washing and care
This garment should be washed by hand or in a washing machine at a temperature not higher than 30 °C without using fabric softener. Do not tumble dry elastic or iron with a hot iron.
